1993 Acura NSX
The original NSX is becoming more and more rare and going up in value every year. This mid-engine, aluminum bodied super car put the automotive industry on it's heels when introduced in 1991. With an original sticker price of $60,000 dealerships were selling with additional dealer mark up at $90,000 in 1991.
Built by hand, production numbers were very low during initial years. Motor is a transverse mounted 6 cylinder with variably valve timing and an 8,000 rpm redline.
Praised as perfectly balanced, a joy to drive and with Honda reliability. Production halted in 2005 until a new design was introduced as a concept car 10 years later.
Car is very nice, not perfect but nice. 100,000 miles with over $11,000 in receipts of service at 93,000 miles.
Carbon Fiber NSX-r spoiler and carbon fiber rear diffuser.
2002 rear bumper upgrade.
5 speed Manual transmission.
HID headlight upgrade.
Interior is near perfect with very little wear. Car has a past. In 2000 it was partially stripped and insurance paid out on it, hence a rebuilt title. It was taken down to the bare shell and painted completely inside out. It was meticulously put back together to be better than original. Color is a factory NSX Indy Yellow Pearl color.
I bought the car in 2009 after it was in a fender bender. I sourced out original parts and repainted the majority of the car and have been enjoying it for the past 11 years.
Research the value of the NSX. Looking at all the sites I can find I feel that $38,000 is a fair price for it. I'll start there but am open to fair offers.
I am very familiar with rebuilt branding of cars, I own 6 currently, and I am aware of the affect on value. If it's not for you I understand. This car is in better shape than many I've seen. If the car had a clean title it would demand at least $10,000 more than I'm asking. The car was not in a major accident and was not a flood car.
Work done at 93060 miles. Timing belt, water pump, drive belts, rear brakes, flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, spark plugs and valves adjusted, clutch master cylinder, brake master cylinder.
Please, serious buyers only. I am not desperate to sell just got a new project and decided one has to go.
I will ignore any responses that look like scammers.
